Our Talented Chef, Michael
Chef Michael DeMarco is a talented chef and a wonderful family man. With more than 32 years experience in the restaurant industry (he started working at 12) along with formal chef training, Michael has truly perfected the art of cooking. He is a creative and talented chef who is engaging, welcoming, and truly strives to enhance the dining experience for his guests. He painstakingly invests countless hours perfecting each dish and the dining experience.
Michael is a devoted husband and father who values his time with his wife Kari of 8 years, and their two daughters Siena and Lucy. Together they enjoy backyard Barbeques, time by the pool, golfing, and fun with family and friends.
